*$2,500 Discount offer only available at Clayton Home of Newport News and only available with the purchase of a new home at the posted retail price. Retail purchase agreement for a new home must be signed February 14th - April 14th, 2026. If the posted home only retail sales price of the home is reduced by the seller either through negotiation with the buyer, or as a result of the underwriting requirements selected by the buyer, the applicable discount will be applied first to the amount of the negotiated or lender required reduction of the home sales price. Any remaining discount will be applied to further reduce the total sales price of the home. Offer may not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing. Offer cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. Void where prohibited by law.

Available only at participating Clayton Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) for new home purchases at posted retail price with a sales contract signed between February 9, 2026 to April 30, 2026. To qualify, Buyer must provide a Qualified Deposit—any tax refund funds or other cash deposit made toward the purchase price during the Offer dates. Seller will match the Qualified Deposit up to $2,500 (“Matching Amount”). Any cash deposit exceeding Matching Amount will not be matched. Buyer may apply the Matching Amount to one (or a combination of) the following options (“Matching Options”): (i) the total home package price; (ii) a VISA® debit card (max $2,500, and subject to issuer terms and expiration); or (iii) Seller-paid closing costs (excluding non-required discount points). If the retail home price is reduced due to negotiation or lender requirements—or the lender requires Seller-paid fees—the Matching Amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining Matching Amount may be used toward Buyer’s selected Matching Options. No portion of the Matching Amount may be applied toward Buyer's down payment if Buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. If Buyer selects VISA® debt card option, card will be mailed 4–6 weeks after purchase and satisfaction of all sale conditions. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer unavailable with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by lender restrictions. Offer void where prohibited.
